A partir d'une enquête sur le rôle de l'OMS dans la politisation de l'accès aux médicaments dans l'espace international cette thèse rend compte de deux choses : d'une part, des conditions particulières d'émergence et de structuration d'une cause à vocation mobilisatrice au sein de cette organisation; d'autre part, des effets de cette mise en politique sur l'action publique internationale.
