Dans ce travail, nous développons deux grands axes de recherche liés aux carbonates fondus. Le premier est l'optimisation des piles à combustible à base de carbonates fondus, avec deux approches : (i) l'amélioration de la durée de vie de la cathode grâce à des couches ultra-minces d'oxydes métalliques élaborés par la technique de dépôt de couches atomiques; (ii) la modification des électrolytes Li-K et Li-Na par addition de Cs ou de Rb. Le second est consacré à la valorisation du CO2 par sa réduction électrochimique dans les électrolytes à carbonates fondus, où nous analysons la réduction du CO2 par chronopotentiométrie et chronoamperométrie.
