Dans le domaine de la chimie et plus particulièrement en chimio-informatique, les modèles QSAR (pour Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship) sont de plus en plus étudiés. Ils permettent d’avoir une estimation in silico des propriétés des composés chimiques notamment des propriétés éco toxicologiques. Ces modèles ne sont théoriquement valables que pour une classe de composés (domaine de validité) et sont sensibles à la présence de valeurs atypiques.
