L’un des challenges dans la délivrance intracellulaire de macromolécules biologiques est le développement de vecteurs adaptés et efficaces. Des études précédentes ont identifiés les dérivés lipidiques d’aminoglycosides comme étant d’excellents candidats pour la délivrance d’acides nucléiques et récemment de protéines.
