La valorisation des externes faisant preuve d'allégeance

International audienceAccording to some research, the internal people can be distributed in two groups: the good interns, sush those put in stage in the usual litterature, objects of a social valorization and a preference in relation to the external people, ans the rebel interne that, either using or sucking to use their internality to question the established system, raise, because of this non allegiance, a generalized hostility. To complete this picture, we wanted to show here that also coexists good and bad external people.Using the paradigm of the autopresentation, we asked topics distributed in tow groups to answer a questionnaire of locus of control, either trying to show them in value, either trying to show them in losing value. This questionnaire for the opportunity and composed of 24 items, proposed the answers permitting, at the time of their treatment, to distinguish 3 categories of topics: an internal category and two external categories.In accordance with the hypothesis, we note that order of enchancement can drive effectively more to external explanations than to internal ones, the inverse being observed with an ordre of depreciation. These results permit to deepen the discussion concerning the respective validity of the norm of internality aand of the norm of allegiance.D'après certaines recherches, les personnes internes peuvent être réparties en deux groupes: les bons internes, tels ceux mis en scène dans la littérature habituelle, objets d'une valorisation sociale et d'une préférence par rapport aux externes, et les internes rebelles qui, employant ou aspirant à employer leur internalité pour mettre en cause le système établi, suscitent, du fait de cette non allégeance, une hostilité généralisée. Pour compléter ce tableau nous avons voulu montrer ici que coexistent également de bons et de mauvais externes.Utilisant le paradigme de l’auto-représentation, nous avons demandé à des sujets répartis en deux groupes de répondre à une questionnaire de locus of control, soit en tâchant de se mettre en valeur soit en se dévalorisant. Ce questionnaire construit pour l'occasion et composé de 24 items, proposait des réponses permettant, lors de leur traitement, de distinguer 3 catégories de sujets: une catégorie interne et deux catégorie externes.Conformément à l'hypothèse, nous constatons qu'une consigne de mise en valeur peut effectivement conduire à des explications d'avantage externe qu'internes, l'inverse étant observé avec une consigne de dévalorisation. Ces résultats permettent ainsi d'approfondir la discussion concernant la validité des la norme d'internalité et de la norme d'allégeance
