Le profil d'activité des neurones dopaminergiques semble fortement évoluer au cours des premières semaines post-natales, faisant intervenir des modifications des propriétés intrinsèques et synaptiques, mais la connaissance des mécanismes à l'origine de ces changements et de leur cinétique est encore parcellaire.Dans un premier article, nous avons caractérisé le profil d'expression des sous-unités des principaux canaux ioniques sensibles au potentiel somato-dendritiques des neurones dopaminergiques au cours des premières semaines de développement post-natal.
