Patrimoine culturel immatériel, territoire et résilience: L'inventaire du patrimoine culturel immatériel des centres hospitalo-universitaires

International audienceElaborating new representations of the territory can contribute to healthcare. This is the origin of the inventory of intangible cultural heritage in university hospital centres (CHU). Initiated by the CHU in Rouen, then in Angers and Caen, this action/research project highlights the symbolic and imaginary powers of hospitals through the study of their practices and professional representations. Starting from the thought that healthcare expresses territorialities, this communication questions the heritage enhancement of healthcare cultures by conceiving it as a manifestation of resilience which, taking place in evolving hospitals, combines with other forms of resilience from caregivers to patients. In order to do so, we rely on the striking example of the Department of the mortuary chamber. The territorialisation of sites is therefore seen as part of the safeguarding of hospital intangible cultural heritage.L'élaboration de nouvelles représentations du territoire peut relever d'un soin. C'est ce sur quoi repose l'inventaire du patrimoine culturel immatériel des centres hospitalo-universitaires (CHU). Engagé sur l'initiative du CHU de Rouen, puis à Angers et à Caen, ce projet de recherche-action met en lumière les ressorts symboliques et imaginaires des hôpitaux à travers l'étude de leurs pratiques et représentations professionnelles. En partant d'une réflexion selon laquelle le soin traduit des territorialités, cette communication interroge la patrimonialisation des cultures soignantes en la concevant comme une manifestation de résilience qui, s'opérant à l'échelle d'établissements hospitaliers en mutation, se nourrit d'autres résiliences, des soignants jusqu'aux patients. Nous nous appuyons pour cela sur l'exemple du service de la chambre mortuaire. La sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel hospitalier est alors mise au regard d'une territorialisation des lieux
