While more than 80 % of the French population would like to die at home, only 25% of the population achieves this. Many factors have already been studied, the purpose of this study is to determine how general practitioners set up end-of-life at home and what limits them in this medical care. To this end, we realized a qualitative study conducted by 14 semi-directed interviews with general practitioners in Lower-Normandy. A thematic analysis has been realized out on paper base manually. The results were analyzed under 4 major themes that are: the patient, his entourage, the doctor, the Medical staff.
