Les milieux côtiers et estuariens sont aujourd’hui particulièrement impactés par les activités anthropiques qui se traduisent par des stress multiples s’exerçant sur les populations aquatiques (stress chimique, thermique, hypoxique,…). La présence de cocktails de polluants complexes dans les eaux peut avoir des conséquences non seulement sur les écosystèmes aquatiques, mais également sur les populations humaines situées au sommet de la chaîne trophique.
