Les films minces à matrice diélectrique contenant des nanocristaux de Si peuvent avoir diverses applications potentielles telles qu'en nanoélectrique pour la conception de dispositifs à mémoire ou en optoélectronique dans la mise en oeuvre de cellules photovoltaïques à haut rendement ou l'élaboration d'un laser à base de silicium. Dans un premier temps, nous avons employé l'ellipsométrie spectroscopique pour décrire les propriétés optiques des films de nitrure de silicium enrichi en silicium (SRSN), essentiellement élaborés par dépôt chimique en phase vapeur puis soumis à un recuit thermique rapide (RTA).
