International audienceScale-by-scale energy budget equations for coherent motion and turbulent kinetic energy have been written in flows with coherent motions. The general and the locally isotropic formulations are both provided. In particular, the contribution to the production, diffusion and energy transfer terms associated with the coherent motion are emphasized. Preliminary results are shown in the intermediate wake of a cylinder, for the phase-scale second-and third-order structure functions
