En raison de l'apparition de résistances aux différents médicaments disponibles pour lutter contre le SIDA, il est nécessaire de développer de nouvelles stratégies pour inhiber la réplication du VIH-1. Nous présentons ici la synthèse d'une nouvelle famille d'inhibiteurs potentiellement mixtes de l'intégrase et de la fonction ribonucléase H de la transcriptase inverse du VIH-1, basée sur un motif 2-hydroxyisoquinoléine-1,3-dione.
