A set of experimental data of Dendritic Arm Spacing evolution during solidification fo ASTM F75 Alloy is reported. These data were obtained from samples of this alloy quenched during its directional solidification. An additional experimental finding was that the coarsening of DAS was mainly performed until the solid fraction reaches 0.9. This data was used to validate a new model for the coarsening of dendritic arm spacing, DAS, during solidification of industrial multicomponent alloys. This model considers the available thermo-physical properties coupled with complementary data obtained from thermodynamic simulation corresponding to a select alloy. The results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental data of studied alloy
