SUMMARY We developed a new method of mini-invasive surgery using gasless laparoscopy for radical subtotal gastrectomy, which can be safely and effectively applied in patients with early gastric cancer. INTODUCTION The technique and anatomy for radical gastric cancer surgery are very complex due to its numerous vascular systems and lymphatic drainages, in addition to technic-demanding anastomosis(1-4). Difficulties and problems remain in gas- filling laparoscopic method when applied to gastric cancer surgery .
