本計劃乃著重於研究氧化物材料的奈米尺 寸效應,期盼對奈米物理及奈米技術有所貢 獻。此計劃包含三個課題:(一)龐磁阻材料的 尺寸效應 ,(二)穿隧磁阻氧化物的尺寸效應, 以及(三)高溫超導氧化物的尺寸效應。計畫 執行自九一年八月至今年七月滿三年。到目前 為止,三個課題已有很好的進展,其後續工作 是將未發表之結果撰寫成論文。綜合論之,這 個計劃已有很豐盛的研究成果,期盼國科會能 繼續支持未來的計劃,以便能將我們的研究推 向卓越。茲將計劃中完成的成果逐一說明。In this project, we study the nano-size effects on various oxide materials, including textured La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 thin films, Nd0.5Ca0.38Sr0.12MnO3 bulk materials, and YBa2Cu3O7/La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 nano-granular bilayers. With changing their nano-structure, we investigate the various physical properties of these materials, such as structure, resistivity, magnetization and magnetoresistance.
