DoD test ranges are experiencing ever-expanding needs for air-to-ground telemetry bandwidth, and hence are under pressure to manage the telemetry spectrum resource with high efficiency. The Spectrum Management System (SMS) provides test range operations staff with advanced tools for frequency de-confliction and air-to-ground RF link quality prediction for upcoming test flights.
