SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO REDUCE DATA PROCESSING TURNAROUND TIME

Increasing data complexity and data product turnaround requirements have created a technological push-pull on traditional data processing methods. Several possible responses are discussed which include distributed front and back end processing relative to the large mainframes, and increasing use of artificial intelligence techniques in the data reduction area.
