This paper investigates the contribution of creativity to entrepreneurship as observed through interviews with successful entrepreneurs in Arizona. Analysis consists of a number of themes: consideration of important definitions and entrepreneurial creativity’s link with personality and individual cognition. Other relevant areas of discussion include creativity’s link with motivation, awareness, actualization and innovation. These factors are the foundation for a critical evaluation of how creativity contributes to successful entrepreneurship practice.
