Necessary Images examines the need for a teaching strategy that meets the demands critical pedagogue, Peter McLaren outlines in his recent books regarding the diverse student population. In meeting these needs, physical image work is implemented, abstracting techniques developed by theatre theoretician Augusto Boal and educator Nancy King.
