miRNAs are increasingly associated with the aggressive phenotype of prostate tumours. Their ability to control radiobiologically-relevant cellular processes strengthens their potential as novel markers of response to radiation therapy. Purpose To identify miRNAs associated with increased clonogenic survival following radiation exposure.
