The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in companies listed on the LQ-45 index in Indonesia stock exchange. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The source of data in this study is secondary data. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis method conducted with IBM SPSS 20 with a significant level of 0.5. Before testing multiple linear regression analysis the classical assumption test was carried out first so that the regression equation produced is BLUE (Best, Linear, Unbiased, Estimator).
