This research aim to analyses influence of social presence, media richness, self presentation and self disclosure to consumer loyalty of Warung Orange in Surakarta. Population and sample of which is used in this research is consumer at Warung Orange amount of 100 respondents. Hypothesis examination in this research used statistical analysis with program of SPSS covering validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determinacy (R2). Results of research partially indicate that they are influence of social presence, media richness, self presentation and self disclosure to consumer loyalty.
