This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in PDAM Surakarta City. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence on work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PDAM Surakarta City employees both individually and together.This study uses quantitative methods. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire method with a population of 330 people and a sample of 100 respondents selected using simple random sampling technique.
