Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Hutang, Kebijakan Deviden, Keputusan Investasi Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) Tahun 2014-2017)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the profitability, debt policy, dividend policy, investment decision to the firm value. Profitability was measured by Return on Equity (ROE). Debt Policy was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Dividend policy was measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Investment decision was measured by Price Earning per Share (PER). Firm Value was measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The population in this research is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is continuosly published the annual report in the year 2014-2017. The sample obtained was 138 using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique use classic assumption test and hypothesis test uses multipleregression analysis. The result of this research indicate that the profitability have a significant positive effect on the firm value, debt policy don’t have a significant effect on firm value, dividend policy have a significant negative effect on firm value, investement decision have a significant positive on firm value.
