Analisis dan Mitigasi Risiko Rantai Pasok Pada Pengelolaan Sampah di Kabupaten Klaten Dengan Pendekatan House Of Risk (HOR)

The high population density is in line with the increase in public consumption. This results in increased waste generated. This study aims to identify supply chain and supply chain risks in waste management in Klaten Regency. In addition, the purpose of this study is to provide mitigation strategies to minimize and prevent risk in the waste management supply chain in Klaten Regency. The method used in this study is House Of Risk (HOR). HOR is divided into 2 stages, namely phase 1 HOR and phase 2 HOR. The results of the research in phase 1 HOR indicate that there are 28 types of risks and 28 sources of risk identified. Through ARP and Pareto diagrams, there are 14 dominant risk sources. In phase 2 HOR there were 12 mitigation strategies used for 14 dominant risk sources. In addition, from this study, it can be seen that the most affected party is the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) with a total ARP value of 10143.
