Analisis Pengaruh Kemampuan Pengguna Sistem Informasi, Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, Pelatihan Pendidikan Pemakai Dan Formalisasi Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Studi empiris pada Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta dan Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu Surakarta)

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Influence Analysis on the Ability of Users of Information Systems, Top Management Support, User Education Training and Formalization of Information System Development on Accounting Information System Performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of a Private Hospital in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta and Hospital Kasih Ibu Surakarta in the accounting, finance, cashiers who used accounting information systems. The sample in this study is employees who use accounting information systems in hospitals. The sampling technique in this study uses the Convenience Sampling Method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the SPSS version 2.0 tool. Based on the results of the study it is known that the Information System Users and Top Management Support does not affect the Performance of Accounting Information Systems. While the variable user education training and Formalization variable Information System Development influences the Performance of Accounting Information Systems Keywords: information systems, training, performance of accounting information systems
