ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA LAUNDRY (Studi Kasus : Chitra Laundry di Gagak Sipat, Ngemplak, Boyolali)

Changes in lifestyles and the demands of the economy in modern times, as it is today, require that one can manage their time as efficiently as possible, both in their personal and work affairs. Such changes lead to demands for practicality in answering their personal needs, for example in terms of washing clothes and ironing. With this, then a service is developed which provides convenience in terms of laundry, which is called Laundry Services. The analysis of the business feasibility study aims to determine whether the laundry business is feasible to run and know the payback period for capital and the level of benefits gained. The opening of the laundry & dry clean business is based on the assessment of various aspects of feasibility studies which cover market aspects, technical aspects, legal aspects, management aspects, environmental aspects and financial aspects. And also conducted a survey by distributing questionnaires to determine the feasibility or non-establishment of the business. Based on the results of business feasibility studies, namely the Pay Back Period Method, Net Present Value Method, Internal Rate of Return Method, Profitability Index Method then the laundry and dry clean business establishment in the Gagak Sipat area, Ngemplak, Boyolali is recommended to be feasible to run.
