The relationship between work stress, happiness and organizational climate with the performance of nurses in RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan was the focus of this research. The research subjects included 150 inpatient nurses. Sampling from the population using cluster random sampling technique. The data collection method used three scales, namely the scale of stress, happiness, and organizational climate, while for the performance of nurses using the value data Employee Performance Target in the form of interval data. Regression analysis was used to process and analyze data.
