Analisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di BEI Tahun 2013-2017

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the Company Value (Price Book of Value) with Financial Performance (Return On Assets) as an intervening variable in the consumer goods manufacturing sector on the IDX in 2013-2017. This research uses a type of quantitative research with purposive sampling and source data in the form of secondary data derived from the company's financial statements. The data analysis technique used includes the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear analysis, f test, t test, coefficient of determination test, and path analysis). The results of this study indicate that audit committees have a significant effect on firm value, independent commissioners have no significant effect on firm value, audit committees have no significant effect on financial performance, independent board members have no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance has a significant effect on firm value, committees The audit does not affect the value of the company through financial performance, independent board of commissioners and does not affect the value of the company through financial performance. It is recommended in the next study to add other variables in this study
