This research aim to analyses influence of service quality, price and location to the customer satisfaction at MARKOBAR branch of Solo Grand Mall. Population and sample of which is used in this research is customer MARKOBAR branch of Solo Grand Mall which amount to 100 respondents by using technique of non-probability sampling with approach of accidental sampling. Research use method analyses doubled linear regression by using SPSS software. Result of research partially indicates that service quality, price and location have an effect on positive and significant to the customer satisfaction.
