The purpose of this research is to systemize theoretical and practical of urban regeneration research and to predict future direction by understanding the important subjects and the change of paradigm. Through the analysis of keyword network, the key theme was extracted in thesis on urban regeneration which appeared in academic journals published from 2001 to 2015. As a result of this analysis, first of all, the subjects of research implemented before 2013, were discussed conceptually or by case study while not being subdivided, but from 2014, the subjects of research have become diversified such as social enterprise and marketing etc. Secondly, if the key theme is being reviewed in detail, it was found that the objects of urban problems an...
