Recently, research on recycling of construction waste by utilizing waste concrete has been actively. However, there is a situation where research is insufficient that utilizes an inorganic construction waste, such as waste tile and brick. In this study, it was studied about a chemical component capable of implementing the inorganic portland cement for the purpose of development of recycled cement of high added value by utilizing the construction waste. For this purpose, through a literature investigation, the chemical composition of a variety of construction waste analyzed to combination, and proposed the development of a portland cement equivalent of recycled cement.
