Among the social phenomena, food is one of the most studied. Despite a large number of articles detailing the issues it is related to, there was a missing investigated population in this field: the students. This study was divided into four parts. First, the theory of social representation (Moscovici, 1961) was used to describe student’s practices in nutrition. Then, the role of the contents on Internet and social media was described to understand their uses and influence. Finally, the student’s knowledge on nutrition were tested and their consumption of dietary supplement was established.
