Retrospektive Evaluation der Inzidenz und Relevanz von extravaskulären Zufallsbefunden in der computertomographischen Angiographie (CTA) der Becken- und Beingefäße in der Risikokohorte der Patienten mit peripherer arterieller Verschlusskrankheit (pAVK). Mit positivem Votum der Ethikkommission wurden CTA-Untersuchungen von 429 pAVK Patienten reevaluiert. Die CTA wurden in einem Zeitraum von acht Jahren am Campus Benjamin Franklin, Charité, Berlin durchgeführt. Das Geschlecht der Patienten war in 31,5% (n=135) weiblich und in 68,5% (n=294) männlich, das mittlere Patientenalter betrug 69,5 Jahre, +/- 10,5 Jahre (Spannweite 44,8-95,8 Jahre). 74,4% (n=319) der Untersuchungen wurden bei chronischer und 25,6% (n=110) bei akuter pAVK durchgeführt. ...
