Einführung: Spiegeltherapie wird zunehmend in der Therapie von Schmerzsyndromen und den Symptomen nach Schlaganfall eingesetzt. Positive Effekte auf Motorik und Sensibilität sind beschrieben. Der Effekt des Spiegels auf die Hirnaktivität, insbesondere der beiden Hemisphären, bei Gesunden als auch bei Schlaganfallpatienten ist noch unzureichend geklärt. Methoden: Untersucht wurden 15 gesunde, rechtshändige Probanden, sowie 5 Schlaganfallpatienten mit schwerer Armparese, die Finger-Daumen- Oppositionsbewegungen unter normaler (NOR) und gespiegelter (MIR) visueller Kontrolle durchführten.
