Hintergrund: Didaktisches Training von Dozenten kann die Unterrichtsqualität von Lehrenden verbessern, was in verschiedenen Zusammenhängen gezeigt wurde [Morrison 2004, Hewson 2000]. Bisher war unbekannt, ob ein solches Training auch die Qualität in einem stark strukturierten Praktikum verbessern kann. Wir untersuchten daher den Effekt einer 20-stündigen didaktischen Basisausbildung auf die Unterrichtsqualität innerhalb eines stark strukturierten notfallmedizinischen Praktikums. Die hierfür benutzten Messinstrumente waren die theoretischen und praktischen Prüfungsergebnisse sowie die Lehrevaluationen durch die Studierenden.
