Über die Auswirkungen von Atemlecks auf die CPAP-Therapie des Neugeborenen ist nur wenig bekannt. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Dissertation wurde erstmals die Leck- und Atemvolumenmessung unter nasaler CPAP-Therapie mit einer kommerziellen Messtechnik untersucht.
