Rahmendatei Zusammenfassung Literatur PublikationenHypoxie und Ischämie sind wichtige pathogenetische Faktoren für die Entstehung von Innenohrerkrankungen wie Hörsturz, Lärmschwerhörigkeit, Presbyakusis und Tinnitus. Zielstellung dieser Arbeit ist es, einen Beitrag zum besseren Verständnis des Mechanismus der Haarzellschädigung durch Hypoxie/Ischämie zu leisten und neue Protektionsmöglichkeiten für Haarzellen gegenüber Hypoxie/Ischämie zu testen. Die Untersuchungen erfolgten am Modell der organotypischen Kultur des Cortischen Organs von neugeborenen Ratten (3.-5. postnataler Tag).
