Das Trilaterale Retinoblastom (Trb) ist eine äußerst seltene Erkrankung, bei der zusätzlich zum Retinoblastom ein Pineoblastom auftritt. Die Inzidenz beträgt ca. 3% und die MRT-basierte Diagnostik stellt eine Herausforderung dar. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist die MRT-basierte radiomorphologische Untersuchung der Glandula pinealis bei Patienten mit Retinoblastom (mit und ohne Pineoblastom) und in einer alterskorrelierten Kontrollgruppe um die Identifizierung des Pineoblastoms zu verbessern.
