Einleitung: Die endoskopische Submukosa Dissektion (ESD) früher gastrointestinaler Neoplasien findet weltweit zunehmende Akzeptanz. In Deutschland ist die ESD auf größere Zentren begrenzt und die Datenlage spärlich. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist die Darstellung der Ergebnisse von 71 ESDs eines deutschen Endoskopiezentrums. Material und Methodik: Zwischen Juni 2007 und November 2013 wurden 71 ESDs bei 69 Patienten (51 Männer, 18 Frauen, mittleres Alter: 68,3 Jahre) im Ösophagus (n=30), Magen (n=31), Duodenum (n=1), Kolon (n=1) und Rektum (n=8) durchgeführt.
