Anhang 111Die prognostische Bedeutung der Gefäßdichte und Expression des basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) wird anhand von 146 kolorektalen Karzinomen von Patienten, die kurativ operiert wurden, untersucht. Die Tumorschnitte wurden mit dem Antikörper JC70 und dem anti-bFGF-Antikörper immunhistochemisch gefärbt und die Gefäßdichte ermittelt.
