Poor aqueous solubility presents significant challenges, as it reduces the oral absorption and bioavailability. Several formulation approaches have been employed to overcome the limitations of low solubility including nanosuspensions and solid solutions/dispersions. The nanosuspensions formulation approach relies on reducing the particle size to nanometer range to improve the solubility. In this study, particle size reduction from micrometer to nanometer range was successfully obtained. The mean particle sizes along with particle size distribution were continuously decreased as effect of milling time.
