Einleitung: Der zytosolische Rezeptor NOD2 moduliert die Funktionen des angeborenen und erworbenen Immunsystems. Mutationen von NOD2 sind signifikant mit der chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankung Morbus Crohn assoziiert.
