Die vorliegende Arbeit untersuchte den Einfluss der STN-HFS auf das nigro- striatale dopaminerge System der Ratte. Die akute STN-HFS führte zu signifikant erhöhten striatalen Dopaminkonzentrationen und unabhängig davon zu einem gesteigerten Dopaminmetabolismus.
