Die modifizierte Sektiotechnik nach Misgav-Ladach findet weltweit eine immer häufigere Anwendung in der Geburtsmedizin. In der vorliegenden proskektiven randomisierten Studie wurden Unterschiede zwischen der modifizierten Misgav- Ladach-Technik und der konventionellen Sektiotechnik im Hinblick auf die peri- und postoperative Verläufe als auch das subjektive Wohlbefinden der Patientinnen untersucht. Es wurden 126 Patientinnen in die Untersuchung eingeschlossen, 81 Patientinnen wurden nach der modifizierten Misgav-Ladach- Technik, 45 Patientinnen konventionell operiert.
