This chapter covers the broad spectrum of soft tissue lesions occurring in the head and neck, based on the current WHO classification. Most of these lesions are very rare, and there are a lot of overlapping features that hamper appropriate classification. Hence, not only morphological but also immunohistochemical and molecular genetic criteria helpful in making the diagnosis and comprehensive differential diagnoses are discussed
