A description is given of a case of primary sarcoma growing from the right ventricular wall of the heart, with stenosis of the pulmonary artery as a result of invading tumor tissue. Two other cases are mentioned. In the case described, the initial manifestation suggested an isolated infundibular pulmonic stenosis. A right to left shunt through a patent formamen ovale developed later. The diagnosis was established by angiocardiography during the patient's life
