The present invention refers to a multilayer structure of an OLET transistor. More specifically the invention relates to a multilayer structure of an OLET transistor realized on at least one substrate, comprising at least one emissive organic layer and provided with a first and a second injection electrode and a control electrode. The invention also refers to an elementary emissive unit or sub-pixel comprising, as emissive element, an OLET transistor and to a display comprising a matrix configuration of such elementary emissive units.
