Aim of this study is to determine how to perform of inservice training of teachers in Turkey, to compare their similar and different sides, and thereby to submit a model proposal for inservice practices in Turkey. The comparison is limited by 8 developed world countries which are selected by the researchers. In study at first, it is explained the importance of inservice training and the process of inservice training of teachers in Turkey, the USA (Washington), Germany (Hamburg), Australia, Denmark, France, England, Switzerland and Japan as detailed.
