The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to develop a business plan for a new company in the field of services, which will be used to obtain a loan for the project implementation. The new company is a café in combination with a wine bar and therefore a great emphasis is placed on market research in the field of tourism and services in general. As the company will be located in České Budějovice, an analysis of the conditions of the external and internal environment of the region is very important.
